Change of Mind

Unless otherwise agreed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Brewing Ingredients

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened brewing ingredients, yeast, hops or other consumable products unless they are faulty or supplied in error.

• A description of the issue
• Photographs where applicable

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
